Our Automation Department is a division of Davis Electric that is positioned for tremendous growth over the next few years. While we have previously worked on many automation engineering projects, Davis Electric has begun to once again expand our services in this field of work.  We have six degreed engineers and we manufacture Automated Controls, AC/DC Drive Systems, SCADA & Telemetry for water and waste, mining, and other industries.

Decades ago, Davis Electric pioneered the development of constant pressure booster pump stations in West Virginia using variable frequency drives. We developed constant pressure booster in the early 2000s, when the industry was still using control valves and various means of supplying constant pressure to water lines in municipal systems.

While Davis Electric typically works on automation engineering projects in West Virginia, the company has also taken its service outside state limits. We have completed Automation and SCADA & Telemetry projects in Pennsylvania, Ohio, North Carolina and the US Virgin Islands.  As technology changed in the mining, industry and municipal sector, this company has been part of the evolution of controls and automation.
